You optimize one page.
The journey leaks elsewhere.
You pay to attract visitors, and only some of them buy or become leads. The reflex is to tweak the page. But the leak is often in several places: an ad promise the page doesn't keep, a form or checkout that discourages, poorly qualified leads, a call that never gets confirmed, a missing email sequence, and so on.
Too narrow an angle
Testing a button doesn't fix a journey that loses people three steps later.
Siloed specialists
A media buyer, a designer, a developer, a salesperson: nobody sees the whole journey.
Whatever your traffic volume
Volume changes the method, not the ambition. I choose the approach that gives reliable results with your traffic.
Startups and high-traffic sites
Tens of thousands of visits, sometimes hundreds of thousands: an ongoing testing program, rigorous A/B tests, every conversion point weighs heavily.
B2B and high-ticket offers
A few hundred to a few thousand visits a month, but a customer is worth a lot: every visit counts, the whole journey is optimized, from the ad to the booked call.
E-commerce and B2C
From product to payment: page, cart, checkout, purchase and follow-up email sequences.
I work the whole journey,
not just a page.
From what triggers the click to what makes the customer, I look at, fix and test every link in the chain.
Upstream: the source
Targeting, audiences, ads, creatives, outreach sequences, inbound, consistency between what is promised and what the page delivers.
The landing page or journey
Landing pages, sales pages, product pages, home, quizzes: promise, structure, proof, call to action, speed, mobile.
Capture and qualification
Forms, quizzes, lead magnets (guide, calculator, diagnostic, webinar), scoring: capture more contacts, and above all the right ones.
Email sequences and follow-up
Welcome, nurturing after a lead magnet, abandoned cart, lead follow-up, reactivation: stop losing a warm contact through slowness or silence.
The conversion moment
Depending on your model: the purchase (product page, cart, checkout, upsell, payment) or the booked call (calendar, confirmation, reminders, fewer no-shows).
Closing and measurement
End-to-end tracking, from click to customer or order, cost per purchase or per signed customer, feedback loop back into the ads.
Not an audit. Not a report.
A journey that changes.
Most CRO providers
- Stop at the page or the UX
- Deliver recommendations someone else has to carry out
- A project manager between you and the expert
- Cycles of several weeks
- One method for a single type of traffic
Me
- From the ad to the purchase or booked call, then follow-up
- I build it and put it live
- The person who analyzes is the one who tests
- Iterations in days, thanks to AI
- A method adapted to your volume, from a few hundred to hundreds of thousands of visits
AI helps me build and iterate fast. No technical queue.
I use AI where it saves time without costing judgment. The result: an idea is live within days, you depend on neither a developer nor a sprint, and every test feeds the next.
Judgment stays human: what we test, why, and what we decide next. That's where 21 years of experience count.
AI, where it speeds things up
- Copy and page variants
- Quizzes and journeys
- Email sequences
- Tracking and automations
- Analysis of data and verbatims
A simple cycle,
repeated as long as it pays off.
Diagnostic
30 minutes, free. Your traffic, your journey, where you lose purchases or leads.
Mapping
I measure every step of the journey and rank the leaks by impact.
Hypotheses
Every test has a reason, a metric and a decision threshold defined before launch.
Build
I create the pages, journeys, messages, email sequences and automations.
Test
Comparison against what exists, on the same goal.
Decision and iteration
We keep what wins, drop the rest, and move on to the next leak.
A scope tailored to you.
Every engagement starts with the diagnostic, then is scoped to what you need. The packages stack: each one includes everything in the previous one.

Before you review your journey
How is this different from a typical CRO agency?
I don't stop at the page. I also work upstream (ads, outreach, inbound) and downstream (qualification, purchase or booked call, email sequences, follow-up, closing), and I'm the one who builds, not a chain of intermediaries.
How much traffic do I need?
There's no minimum. With a lot of visits, I run classic A/B tests. With few visits but high-value customers, I use sequential tests, step-by-step analysis and qualitative research. The diagnostic determines the right method.
Which kinds of business is this for?
B2B, B2C, SaaS, e-commerce, high-ticket services. The journey changes (online purchase or booked call), the logic stays the same: find where the journey loses customers and fix it.
I already have a marketing team or an agency. How does it fit?
I plug in: I measure, I propose, I build what falls under my scope, and I give clear instructions to the other contributors.
What about tools?
I adapt to your stack (site, CRM, calendar, email). If a tool is missing, I set it up with you.
